Often referred to as “the Strategy Guy,” Thom is a passionate believer in finding real solutions to real problems. His skills span a wide swath from strategic planning, to program and project management to designing marketing systems and integrated communications plans.

Known as a provocateur, change agent and team problem solver, Thom has more than 25 years of industry experience in the advertising communications, education, and consulting realms.

A pioneer of social media, Thom was a co-leader of the government of Canada’s internal wiki site, GCPEDIA. Under Thom’s strategic direction, GCDEPIA grew from a couple to a couple thousand users!
